Being committed to quality education, LVCC offered a degree course under the Commission on Higher Education. It was during A.Y. 2008-2009 when the institution received its Government Permit for Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting with Dr. Daniel S. Razon as Dean.
With the help of God, through the desire of its Founding Chairman and President to help poor but deserving students, LVCS and LVCC formally granted FULL SCHOLARSHIP to all students who do not have the capability to continue their studies because of their financial status. This scholarship grants FREE Tuition Fee, FREE Miscellaneous Fee, FREE Books and Manuals, FREE School Uniforms and FREE Lunch.

In 2014, LVCC offered additional degree courses namely:

A year after, LVCC offered Bachelor of Science in Social Work as an additional degree program. It was also this year when the institution was granted Government Recognition for Associate in Computer Technology.
